The West After School Center Board of Directors

The Board of Directors serves as the governing body of the West After School Center, Inc. (WASC). The WASC Board of Directors incorporated in 1999 as an independent, non-profit (501 C-3) organization in support of the after school tutoring program at West Elementary School. The board first opened its independently-owned community center at 620 Garfield Avenue in September of 2003. An addition was added to the facility and dedicated in November 2005.

The WASC Logo was designed and added for display in 2003 in the main room of the WASC by artist Brian Mahler of Bremen, Ohio.
